As a Host Site, Your Organization Can...
Provide Volunteer Opportunites
Your organization can provide volunteer tasks for our Community Liaison Professionals (CLPs) to use as experiential learning tools for our members. Your organization's representative will instruct our CLPs on tasks that need to be completed and our CLPs train, supervise, and coach members through completing assigned duties (1:4 Staff to Member ratio).
Internships
Your organization can host our members through internship opportunities that allow them to gain or enhance hard and soft employment skills, as well as explore careers. Our members would work paid or unpaid to gain experience at your organization completing duties as assigned. Your organization's representative would supervise and report to our Program Manager for additional coaching and evaluation.
Paid Employment
Partner with us to create a pipeline for employment with your organization. Your organization will benefit from having trained employees that possess a strong desire to learn and grow. We will work with you to ensure aligned job placement for your organization's openings and desired employees.
